Disability Access

Disability Access
Our building is designed to accommodate the needs of disabled patients, featuring level access and automatic doors. We also offer a fully accessible disabled restroom. If you experience any difficulty accessing our services or have suggestions for further improvements, please don’t hesitate to let us know.

Parking
On-site parking is available, with two designated spaces reserved for disabled patients.

For the Hearing Impaired
We have a loop induction system at Reception to assist the hearing impaired.

Blind/partially sighted
Our reception team are available to assist with check-in and guide you to the waiting room.

Guide Dogs
Guide dogs are welcome at the Surgery but we ask that you be aware of other patients and staff who may have an allergy or fear of dogs.

Chaperones
If you would like a trained chaperone to be present during your appointment, please speak with a member of the reception team or your clinician.
