We all experience challenging days, and when we're feeling unwell, it's natural to feel down or more irritable than usual. However, it’s important to remember that all of our staff are here to help you.

Our reception team follow procedures designed to ensure the smooth operation of the practice. Every staff member has the right to work in a safe and secure environment, and as employers, we are legally responsible for providing that protection.

The practice will not tolerate:

Verbal abuse that interferes with staff doing their job or makes them feel unsafe.

Threats of violence or any actual violence toward a GP or any staff member.

Practices have the right to remove any patient from their list if they engage in such behaviour.
