Northam Surgery aims to give a friendly and professional service to all our patients.
We welcome feedback on any aspect of the practice and we can receive this feedback verbally or in writing. There is also a comments book at the front desk which is reviewed weekly. If you have any concerns about any aspect of our service, please let us know. In the majority of cases concerns can be resolved quite easily. However, if you feel we have not dealt with the issues you have raised or you wish to make a formal complaint, you can write to our Complaints Officer/s, Emma Hill or Samantha Shortridge here at the surgery.
